BUILDING #73 - CONVERSION TO INDOOR TENNIS COURTS NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES

Challenge:

Lead-Based Paint over structural steel and plaster, walls, ceilings and trim. This building in the historic district of the Washington Navy Yard was being converted to Tennis Courts.

Results:

GLOBAL Encasement, Inc. was able to offer a simple, safe solution with a LeadLockTM Encasement System. All the rust was addressed with R.I.P.TM Rust Inhibiting Primer, then PrepLESS PrimerTM was used to lock down all the old peeling and flaking Lead-Based Paint and followed with LeadLock TopCoat.
