How to Whitelist Emails:

For Outlook:

1. Open Outlook: Log in to your Outlook account.

2. Go to Settings: Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select "View all Outlook settings".

3. Choose Mail: Go to the "Junk email" section under Mail > Junk email.

4. Safe senders and domains: Add the email address or domain you want to whitelist under "Safe senders and domains".

5. Save Changes: Click "Save" to apply the changes.

For Gmail:

1. Open Gmail: Log in to your Gmail account.

2. Go to Settings: Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select "See all settings".

3. Filters and Blocked Addresses: Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.

4. Create a New Filter: Scroll down to find the "Create a new filter" option.

5. Add Email Address: Enter the email address or domain you want to whitelist in the "From" field.

6. Create Filter: Click "Create filter" in the bottom right corner.

7. Choose Action: Check the box "Never send it to Spam" and any other actions you want to apply.

8. Create Filter: Click "Create filter" again to save the changes.

Other Email Providers:

● Yahoo: Settings > More Settings > Filters > Add

● AOL: Settings > Spam Settings > Allow Mail from Addresses I Specify > Add

● ProtonMail: Settings > Filters > Add Filter
