GLOBAL Encasement, Inc.’s LeadLockTM System was chosen to manage in-place the lead-based painted surfaces. The system design consisted of PrepLESS PrimerTM to lock down the loose, flaking paint and LeadLockTM TopCoat. All the school’s desired benefits were met or exceeded.
