The Challenge:  

Due to the success of the first roof project at DoDDs Zukeran, another roof from the same school was improved and weatherproofed using GLOBAL Encasement, Inc.’s RoofCoat Liquid Applied Roofing Systems.




RoofCoat application system:

Step 1 - Broom sweep the loose debris
Step 2 - Apply Emulsion to level  the low spots
Step 3 - Spray MPE Multi-Purpose Encapsulant™
               over all to tack surface and lock down dust
Step 4 - Apply Seam Tape & Caulk
Step 5 - Lay Fabric into first coat of RoofCoat  and backrollStep 6 - Spray final coat of RoofCoat over all
