The U.S. Army Needed a Solution to Abate Lead-Based Paint (LBP) Covering the Roofs of Seven Duplexes at the Historic Fort Vancouver. The Abatement Solution Had to Seal and Waterproof the Roof Areas While Preserving the Historical Integrity of the Buildings.
