The Challenge:
To coat all of the 450+ corroding metal diesel holding tanks on all of the U.S. military bases Island-wide, Okinawa, Japan. An environmentally advanced GSA listed green coating was required to stop all rust and corrosion and to prevent any future corrosion. The coating system had to seal out the sub-tropical weather attacks from salt-sea spray, monsoons and Ultra Violet Rays.

Result:
After removing the heavy rust with a wire brush and cleaning all the surfaces with PremeClean™ the rusted areas were coated with R.I.P.™ Rust Inhibiting Primer and then top coated with Your Last Coat™. This system design was easily installed and exceeded all of the performance requirements.
