The Challenge:
New Jersey Transit’s Hoboken Bus Terminal was in Bad Need of a Paint Job. Most of the Paint had Delaminated Over the Years and the Surfaces were Rusting and Corroded.

Results:
A GLOBAL Encasement System was Chosen to Address the Lead-Based Paint and Corrosion. First, All Loose and Flaking Paint was Removed Leaving Only Well Adhered Paint to Allow for Proper Adhesion of the coatings. R.I.P.™ Rust Inhibiting Primer was Applied to Halt any Further Corrosion of the Substrate. The final step was the Application of LeadLock™ TopCoat, Custom Tinted to the Desired Color. It Will Prevent the Remaining LBP from Leaching Through to the Surface. All Desired Benefits were Met or Exceeded.
