Results:
A GLOBAL Encasement system was designed to meet the historic property owners’ needs. Management-in-place of the Lead-Based Paint avoided the high cost of removal and hazardous waste disposal. The system included a coat of PrepLESS Primer™ to lock down the peeling Lead-Based Paint, followed with long-lasting, tested and approved lead encapsulant, LeadLock™ topcoat.
