The Walls and Ceilings of This Indoor Car Wash were Coated with Lead-Based Paint (LBP). The Environment Inside is One of Considerable Dampness and Mold. The D.O.E. was Seeking a Long Term Solution to Take Care of the Old Cracking, Peeling LBP Cost Effectively.
