A GLOBAL Encasement System was designed to meet the homeowner’s needs. Management-in-place of the Lead-Based Paint avoided the high cost of removal and hazardous waste disposal. The system included a coat of PrepLESS Primer™ to lock down the peeling Lead-Based Paint followed with LeadLock™ TopCoat for a long-lasting, durable finish.
