Results:

A GLOBAL Encasement System was Designed and Installed. The Management-in-Place System Consisted of PrepLESS Primer, to Lock Down the Loose and Flaking Lead-Based Paint, Followed by Custom-Tinted LeadLockTopCoat. All the Owner’s Requirements were Met or Exceeded and the Building’s Occupants were not Disturbed, as They Would Have Been  With a Full Containment and Removal Job.
