Exterior Waterproofing, Historic Colors
1832 Taylor Street, Russian Hill, San Francisco
The Challenge:
This lovely Edouardian Townhome is located in the vibrant, popular Russian Hill neighborhood. The exterior walls and trim were in good condition yet had previously been painted with Lead-Based Paint and the last color choices had been non-historic gray, pink and white. The owners wanted to restore the historic colors.
Benefits desired:
- Custom Historic Colors
- Protection From Lead Hazard Liabilities
- Long-Lasting Solution
Results:
A GLOBAL Encasement System was designed consisting of PrepLESS Primer™ to seal and bridge seams and cracks, followed with custom tinted LeadLock™ TopCoat, for long-lasting protection against the old Lead-Based Paint and the elements.
