The Russ Building is a 1927 historic 32-story neo-gothic steel-framed high rise clad with terra cotta and glazed brick, and articulated with pinnacles, turrets, and finials. This California State Historic Landmark is located in the heart of the San Francisco Financial District. The terra cotta and brick cladding and the wood-framed windows on the west elevations showed extensive signs of distress and they needed a solution to repair and restore these surfaces.
