The Challenge:

The Department of Energy was Concerned About Water Leakage of the Windows on this Large 2 Story Transite Office Building. Prior to Discovering GLOBAL Encasement, Inc. the Department of Energy was in the Process of Contracting to Replace All the Windows.

Results:

A Product System was Designed to Correct the Window Leaking Challenge. Each Window Bay was Coated with PrepLESS Primer and AsbestoSafe® TopCoat Tinted Grey for Aesthetic Purposes. The Glazing Compound (Asbestos), the Loose Lead-Based Paint (LBP) on the Mullions and the Transite Wall Inside Each Bay were Encased and Waterproofed. As a Result of Using GLOBAL Encasement, Inc. Materials, the Department of Energy was Able to Cancel the Window Replacement Contract; and Saved in excess of $500,000 on this Single Project.
