The Original PREPLESS PRIMER™

After Wet-Scraping the Loose and Flaking Paint, PrepLESS Primer™ was Applied to Lock Down the Remaining Paint Layers and Prepare the Surfaces for the Finish Coat of LeadLockTopCoat

The Original PREPLESS PRIMER™

PrepLESS Primer is unique in the coatings industry. PrepLESS Primer is easy to use. PrepLESS Primer means less prep, less mess, less dust.  PrepLESS Primer was designed and engineered to meet the needs of the hazardous materials abatement industry.  PrepLESS Primer in liquid form is a milky white color that when applied dries clear yet remains tacky to the touch.  PrepLESS Primer is known as a bridging encapsulant for abatement of asbestos containing materials and lead based paint.  PrepLESS Primer applied at low pressure minimizes the release of hazardous asbestos fibers and dust into the air during asbestos abatement procedures.  PrepLESS Primer penetrates and softens deteriorating lead based paint and with PrepLESS Primer's tremendous adhesion properties can help to reattach loose and flaking paint back onto the substrate.  PrepLESS Primer reduces or eliminates the generation of hazardous waste associated with hazardous materials abatement.  PrepLESS Primer takes the place of most preparation practices associated with the application of paint and other paint primers.  PrepLESS Primer is a key element in the design of GLOBAL Encasement, Inc.'s AsbestoSafe®/ LeadLock Encasement Systems.  PrepLESS Primer is a waterproof yet breathable coating with superior water vapor transmission and does not allow water to be trapped under the surface of the coating which is a common reason for coatings to crack and fail.  With 4000% elongation PrepLESS Primerexpands and contracts with substrate movement caused by the rise and fall in climate temperatures and seismic vibration.  PrepLESS Primer contains no VOC's or ODS's making it a super-compliant architectural green coating.
