Results:  A UL Listed, Class A Fire Rated RoofCoat™Encasement System was Designed for the Roof. First the Roof was Pressure Washed and Cleaned Using PremeClean™. All the Rust and Corrosion On the Roof was Halted Using R.I.P.™ Rust Inhibiting Primer. Small Holes Found On the Roof were Addressed Using GEI Seam Tape. A First Coat of RoofCoat™ was Applied Revealing Any Cracks in the Roof. These Cracks were Caulked Using 100% Acrylic Caulk. Then a Second Coat of RoofCoat™ was Applied Completing this Durable Encasement System.
