The Challenge: Stabilize the badly peeling and flaking Lead-Based Paint on multiple buildings. Many of the buildings being encased were residential. It was imperative that the generation of hazardous material be kept to a minimum. Also a concern was weather conditions from 0° to 100°F, sand storms, hail storms and heavy snow.
