Facilities Management staff love that the primer can be used to reattach loose, flaking, cracking, peeling and alligatoring paint, minimizing surface preparation and hazardous waste generation.

LeadLock™ was used on the Pump House’s interior plaster surfaces which contained a combination of Lead-Based Paint and Asbestos. It was also used on an exterior cementitious ceiling. AsbestoSafe® was used to encase over 50,000 square feet of sprayed on fireproofing in the crawlspace above the gymnasium ceiling.
