Results: A Class A Fire Rated AsbestoSafe® Encasement System was chosen. The System design included award winning PrepLESS Primer^TM and AsbestoSafe® TopCoat. The materials were easy to apply and resulted in a safely encased, highly impact and seismic resistant, durable, long lasting system. Over 150,000 square feet of sprayed-on Asbestos fireproofing was encased saving the government 75% over the cost of removal, disposal and respray.
