The Challenge:

This Beach Front Building was Originally a Snack Bar and was Converted to a Museum Chronicling the Early Years of the Surfing Culture Along Southern California Beaches.

The Clapboard Siding Needed Repainting and had Lead-Based Paint. Any Coatings Used Needed to Exhibit Excellent Chemical Resistance to Battle the Excessive Salt Sea Spray, and Avoiding Any Disturbance of the Siding was Crucial in this Windy Beach Area.
