The Challenge:

The Fire Escapes Exiting to the Back Parking Area of the School were Painted with Lead-Based Paint (LBP) that was Aging and Beginning to Peel. The School System Wanted the Hazard Dealt with Cost Effectively and in a Timely Manner.
